JAAOCF Building Chairperson
Mr. Carroll Grant serves as our Building Committee Chairperson. Under his leadership, the Building Committee aims to strategically manage the organization’s property to become a significant and sustainable source of income. By maintaining the property to high standards and ensuring it remains attractive to current and prospective tenants, the committee can attract reliable, high-quality renters and maximize occupancy and rental income.
In addition, the committee will explore opportunities to adjust rental rates in line with market trends and demand, while also considering diversified revenue options such as short-term rentals or event-based leasing. With a focus on effective management and targeted marketing, the Building Committee is positioned to create a steady income stream that can be reinvested into the organization’s core programs and initiatives.

Through strategic planning, responsible stewardship, and innovative use of space, the committee is committed to creating income-generating opportunities that support the long-term growth and mission of the organization.
